Usage tips
Take 2 tablets with liquid 30 minutes before the two main meals of the day. So never take more than 4 tablets per day. As with any diet, remember to drink two liters of water during the day.
Precautions for use
– Only recommended for adults over 18 years old. For adolescents 12 to 18 years of age, use should be supervised by a qualified healthcare practitioner. To ensure that fiber has a positive effect on gastrointestinal transit, it is best to drink at least two liters of water per day. You may experience mild constipation if you drink too little. Do not take XL-S Medical Max Strength while pregnant or breastfeeding.
– XL-S Medical Max Strength is not recommended for people with a BMI (Body Mass Index) below 18.5. You can easily calculate and track your BMI with the following formula: BMI = weight (kg) / (height (m) x height (m)).
– Do not use this product within two hours of or before taking oral medications.
– We recommend that you drink enough during the day when using XL-S Medical Max Strength.
– Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Consult a physician before using XL-S Medical Max Strength:
