Indication

Gastrointestinal lavage in preparation for diagnostic examination or colon surgery.

Use
Adults
Orally
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in one liter of water and mix until the powder is completely dissolved
Drink a large glass of the solution thus obtained every ten minutes (250 ml) until complete consumption of the mixture.
Repeat this procedure with the other three sachets (mix with water and drink). All four sachets should be consumed within 4 to 6 hours
Unless the doctor advises otherwise, Klean-Prep should be administered in the evening, the day before the examination

20 to 30 ml per minute

Children
Average dose: approximately 80 ml / kg, to be adapted according to age
children under 5: 90 ml / kg
children from 10 years old: 70 ml / kg
Administration rate: maximum 30 ml / kg / hour
Administer the preparation in the morning in two separate doses taken at least two hours apart

Oral or gastric tube
The solution tastes best when it is cold. It will be stored at a temperature of 4 ° C and consumed within 48 hours of preparation.
The patient can no longer consume solid food at least two hours before the administration of Klean-Prep until the end of the examination
Clear drinks (such as tea without milk or non-alcoholic drinks) are, however, allowed
