Use

From birth to 18 years

(as a daily supplement up to the age of 3):

> At least 400 IU (2 drops) per day for a healthy child
> 800 to 1000 IU (4 to 5 drops) per day for children with higher needs, as recommended by your healthcare professional.

> If using in combination with other vitamin D treatments or vitamin D-fortified milk, consult a healthcare professional.

Suitable for infants and young children. This product is also suitable for adults.

Shake before use. Can be swallowed undiluted (directly on the tongue or in a teaspoon) or mixed with a semi-liquid food, preferably cold (yogurt, applesauce, etc.).

Can be taken in the morning, at midday, or in the evening.
