Indication
\nTreatment of tobacco addiction, including craving, by relieving symptoms of nicotine withdrawal when trying to quit. The ultimate goal is to quit smoking for good<\/p>\n
ROADMAP:
\n> 10 cigarettes per day
\n4-6 weeks: NiQuitin Clear Patch 21 mg
\n2 to 4 weeks: NiQuitin Clear Patch 14 mg
\n2 to 4 weeks: NiQuitin Clear Patch 7 mg
\n<10 cigarettes per day
\n4-6 weeks: NiQuitin Clear Patch 14 mg
\n2 to 4 weeks: NiQuitin Clear Patch 7 mg% MCEPASTEBIN%<\/p>\n
Use
\nAdults
\nRecommended regimen of 8 to 12 weeks
\nIt is not recommended to use transdermal patches for more than 3 months
\nDose adjustment is indicated for coronary artery disease<\/p>\n
The patch should be applied to clean, dry, hairless skin on the upper part of the body or the outer side of the arm. The layer protecting the adhesive must be removed before application.
\nThe transdermal device (plaster, patch) will be changed every 24 hours and the new system will be applied to a different place.
\nDuring this treatment, the patient will not be able to take nicotine in any other form.
