\nRoll slowly and squeeze the cap between your fingers until it is compressed.
\nGently insert the compressed plug into the ear canal. To facilitate this operation, raise the pinna of the ear by pulling it up and out.
\nHold the plug until it expands again and clogs the ear canal.
\nReplace the earplug if it moves due to some movement.
