It is used to treat symptoms associated with allergic conditions such as chronic hives.<\/p>\n<p>Contra-indications:<\/p>\n<p>Do not take Levocetirizine EG<\/p>\n<p>if you are allergic to levocetirizine, any other related substance or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.<br \/>\nif you have severe kidney disease (creatinine clearance less than 10 ml \/ min)<br \/>\nif your doctor has informed you of an intolerance to certain sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine.<\/p>\n<p>Use<br \/>\nAdults and children from 6 years old:<\/p>\n<p>The recommended daily dose is 5 mg (one film-coated tablet) once a day.<\/p>\n<p>Swallow the film-coated tablet whole with a drink<br \/>\nWith or without food.<br \/>\nComposition<br \/>\nThe active substance is levocetirizine (as hydrochloride). Each tablet contains 5 mg of levocetirizine dihydrochloride, which is equivalent to 4.2 mg of levocetirizine.<br \/>\nThe other ingredients are: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate (core) and hypromellose (E464), titanium dioxide (E171) and macrogol 400 (coating).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Indication Levocetirizine EG is an anti-allergic.
