Use
\n1) Insert the gray end of the CONTOUR\u00ae NEXT strip. The CONTOUR\u00ae NEXT meter will start automatically.
\n2) Place the lancing device firmly against the sampling site and press the blue button with your thumb.
\n3) Touch the end of the test strip to the drop of blood. Blood is drawn into the strip.
\n4) Use the meal marker or any notes you want to add to your blood sugar result.
