\n\u2022 Always shake the bottle before consumption.
\n\u2022 Eat it preferably fresh. You can also reheat it but never boil it.
\n\u2022 Split it into several takes if necessary. Keep it in the fridge for up to 24 hours after opening.
\n\u2022 You can incorporate Fortimel\u00ae Compact Protein into your coffee, sauces and soups, such as milk or cream (neutral taste). You can also incorporate it into your favorite cooking recipes to make them more nutritious (all tastes).
