It is indicated for the treatment of cramps of the digestive, biliary, urinary and genital tracts.
\nFor example colic of the gallbladder or kidney, spastic colon (also called irritable bowel), cramps of the esophagus and stomach, cramps during diarrhea or gastroenteritis.
\nYou should contact your doctor if you experience no improvement or feel less well after 7 days.<\/p>\n
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if in doubt.<\/p>\n
The recommended dose is:
\nAdults and adolescents: 1 to 2 tablets, 3 to 5 times a day, not to exceed 100 mg (= 10 tablets) per day.<\/p>\n
Use in children
\nChildren over 6 years old: see adults and adolescents.
\nChildren under 6 years: as prescribed by the doctor, not to exceed 1.5 mg \/ kg \/ 24 hours.
\nBuscopan is contraindicated in children under 1 year of age.<\/p>\n
Swallow the tablets without chewing, with some liquid.
\nDo not take this medication for more than 7 days without medical advice.<\/p>\n

\nThe active substance is: Butylhyoscine bromide 10 mg
