ACEROL C, made from an acerola extract, is rich in vitamin C.<\/p>\n
Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of fatigue and the normal functioning of the nervous and immune systems. It also participates in energy metabolism, protects cells against oxidative stress and increases iron absorption.<\/p>\n
Soluble in water, vitamin C is quickly consumed by the body which is unable to produce it.<\/p>\n
A daily intake through food is necessary, taking care however not to destroy it by heat. Vitamin C or L-ascorbic acid performs many biological functions in the immune and nervous systems. We know less, but it increases the absorption of iron, contributes to the normal formation of collagen to ensure the normal function of the skin, gums or cartilage.<\/p>\n
Vitamin C also maintains the normal functioning of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise.<\/p>\n
