Use<\/p>\n
The recommended dose for adults and children over 12 years of age is:<\/p>\n
For the relief of mild nervousness: 1 tablet, 3 times a day.
\nFor difficulty falling asleep: 1 tablet half an hour to one hour before bedtime, if necessary with 1 additional tablet earlier in the evening.<\/p>\n
Maximum daily dose: 4 tablets. The tablets should be swallowed whole, with water. Do not chew the tablets.<\/p>\n
Use

Mild nervousness: 1 tablet 3x\/day
\nDifficulty falling asleep: 1 tablet 1\/2 hour before bedtime, if necessary with 1 additional tablet earlier in the evening

Composition
\nThe active substance is the dry extract of Valeriana officinalis root.<\/p>\n
Each coated tablet contains 450 mg of extract (as dry extract) of Valeriana officinalis L s.l., root (equivalent to 1350 mg \u2013 2700 mg of valerian root). Solvent used for extraction: 70% ethanol.<\/p>\n
The other components are:
\nTablet core: liquid glucose (spray dried), colloidal anhydrous silica, powdered cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid and talc. Tablet coating: sucrose, talc, calcium carbonate (E 170), acacia, tragacanth, titanium dioxide (E 171), liquid glucose (spray dried), Capol 600 T.S.
