General description<\/p>\n
By freezing the wart directly and precisely, Wartner Cryo Freeze provides an effective and rapid way to remove common warts and plantar warts. Usually, warts disappear within 10 to 14 days after application and new healthy skin will have formed under the wart. No treatment is more effective or faster than self-treatment.<\/p>\n
If the wart or part of the wart has not disappeared two weeks after treatment, it can be repeated a 2nd or 3rd time in complete safety. Consult your doctor if you want to remove a wart larger than 7.5 mm.<\/p>\n
Indication<\/p>\n
WARTNER CRYO 2.0 is specially designed to\u00a0remove warts on hands and feet quickly and effectively\u00a0using cryotherapy.<\/p>\n
Use<\/p>\n
STEP 1: PREPARATION: Complete this step for first use only. Do not remove the transparent cap. Turn the white part of the pen fully in the direction of the arrow once until you hear a clicking sound. Twist firmly, strength is required to break the internal protection. If this instruction is not followed, the pen is not activated and not ready for use.<\/p>\n
STEP 2: ACTIVATION: Place the pen on a flat, sturdy surface (e.g. a table) with the clear cap facing down. Hold the clear cap with one hand and firmly press the white part of the pen with the other hand for 7 seconds. Use a clock to gauge the time or count to 7. Try to stick to the 7 second activation time as closely as possible. A white ice pellet forms.<\/p>\n
IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THE CAP AND CHECK THE TIP<\/p>\n
STEP 3: CHECK: Remove the transparent cap.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Success: If a white ice pellet forms at the tip of the pen, use the pen immediately according to STEP 4.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Fail: If you do not see a white ice pellet or if it has fallen or stuck in the clear cap, replace the clear cap and repeat STEP 2.<\/p>\n
STEP 4: TREATMENT: Press the ice tablet firmly against the wart. 15 sec. on thin skin (hands, fingers, arms, toes, upper part or side of the feet). 40 sec. on calloused and thick skin (soles of the feet).”<\/p>\n
Improper use or prolonged contact with the wart can cause skin or nerve damage.<\/p>\n
AFTER TREATMENT: Replace the transparent cap on the pen and put it in the fridge in its original packaging (with instructions). Do not store in the freezer.<\/p>\n

OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL STEP for optimal (post-)treatment of plantar warts.<\/p>\n
Before treatment: Soak the foot in warm water for 5 minutes, then remove the calloused\/hard skin with a file. Dry well before continuing treatment. File not included.<\/p>\n
After treatment: You may feel some discomfort when there is pressure or friction on the treated warts. It may be useful to protect the sensitive area with a comfort tape, available at many points of sale. Comfort tape not included.<\/p>\n
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE AND AFTER TREATMENT<\/p>\n
Do not use Wartner\u00ae Cryo Freeze:<\/p>\n
\u2022 for children under 4 years old;<\/p>\n
\u2022 on the face, groin, genitals, scalp or mucous membranes;<\/p>\n
\u2022 if you are pregnant or breastfeeding your child. Ask your doctor for advice on whether you can use this device.<\/p>\n
\u2022 for diabetics or people suffering from blood circulation or coagulation problems.<\/p>\n
\u2022 on warts that are on delicate or very thin skin (around the joints).<\/p>\n
\u2022 if the wart and\/or surrounding skin is bleeding or open, irritated, infected, red or itchy.<\/p>\n
\u2022 on healthy skin (skin without warts).<\/p>\n
\u2022 on fluid-filled papules on the skin (\u201cmolluscum contagiosum\u201d) or other blisters.<\/p>\n
\u2022 if you are not sure if it is a wart. Do not try to remove beauty spots, recent vascular and irregular skin bumps, or anything that could be skin cancer (melanoma).<\/p>\n
\u2022 on groups of warts or very close together warts (min. 1.5 cm spacing). Treat only one wart and wait 14 days before treating the next wart. Otherwise, there is an increased risk of excessive skin damage.<\/p>\n
