The dose can be given once a day, eg. during breakfast or in 2 doses per day. After a few days, the loading dose may be adjusted to the maintenance dose depending on the

\nStarting dose: Adults and adolescents: 1 – 3 sachets \/ day Children (7-14 years): 1 sachet \/ day
