Pannocort contains the active substance hydrocortisone acetate and belongs to class IV corticosteroids. These are weak corticosteroids (cortical hormones).
\nYou can use Pannocort in case of:
\n– Skin inflammation of an allergic nature, accompanied by itching or secretion of fluid.
\n– Psoriasis (recurrent skin disease associated with a scaly, dry rash), mainly affecting the face and sexual organs.
\n– Eczema.
\nYou should contact your doctor if you do not feel any improvement or if you feel less well.<\/p>\n
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if in doubt.
\nApply a small amount of Pannocort (for example, an amount equivalent to a pea) on the lesion and spread the cream by massaging gently. You can then expose the lesion to air or cover it with a gauze bandage (breathable bandage). Avoid using an occlusive dressing.
\nDepending on the severity of the lesion, you can apply the cream 1-2 times a day.<\/p>\n
