Vibrocil is used for the relief of nasal congestion that accompanies:
\n– seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever due to pollen from grass, trees, etc.),
\n– non-seasonal allergic rhinitis (due to house dust, hair, feathers, mold, etc.),
\n– chronic non-seasonal nasal inflammation, which is due to extreme sensitivity of the nasal mucosa to certain environmental factors (vasomotor rhinitis),
\n– sinusitis,
\n– pre or postoperative care in case of nasal surgery. The solution for nasal spray is indicated for children from 7 years and adults.
\nProlonged use should be avoided and the product can in no way constitute a maintenance treatment.
\nIn the first place, it is recommended to rinse the nose with saline solution. When nasal congestion persists, Vibrocil can be used.
\nYou should contact your doctor if you experience no improvement or feel less well after 5 days.<\/p>\n
HOW TO USE VIBROCIL?
\nAlways use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor, pharmacist or nurse has told you. Check with your doctor or
\npharmacist in case of doubt.
\nVibrocil should be used under adult supervision in children 7 to 12 years old.
\nThere are no specific dosage recommendations for the elderly.
\nBlow your nose carefully before applying Vibrocil.
\nThe recommended dose is:
\nChildren from 7 to 12 years old: 1 nebulization (= 0.140 ml) in each nostril 3 to 4 times a day.
\nAdolescents and adults: 1 to 2 nebulizations (= 0.140 to 0.280 ml) in each nostril 3 to 4 times a day.
\nRemove the protective cap. Before first use, you need to pump several times until you get an even spray. For the following applications, the nasal spray is ready to use. Hold the spray upright, head facing up. While sitting or standing, tilt your head slightly forward and place the spray head in the nostril. Press firmly on the pump once while inhaling through your nose. Repeat in the other nostril. Replace the cap after use.<\/p>\n
What Vibrocil contains
\nThe active substances are: 0.25 mg of dimetindene maleate and 2.5 mg of phenylephrine.
\nThe other ingredients are:
