Vasocedine naphazoline is a medicine for the decongestion of the nasal mucosa.
\nVasocedine naphazoline is indicated for the symptomatic local treatment of nasal obstruction in cases of
\ninflammation of the nasal or sinus lining, hay fever.
\nAs a first line treatment is recommended to rinse the nose with physiological saline. This
\ndrug can be used as second line treatment.
\nYou should contact your doctor if you do not feel any improvement or if you feel
\nless well after 4 to 5 days.<\/p>\n
Use:
\nAlways use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as
\ninstructions from your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you have
\ndoubt. The medicine is for nasal use and cannot be given by any other route.<\/p>\n
Adults: 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril, 3 times a day.<\/p>\n
Use in children:
\nChildren 10 to 15 years old: Nasal spray solution: 1 spray in each nostril, 3 times a day.
\nChildren 7 to 10 years of age: Nasal spray solution: 1 spray in each nostril, 2 times a day.
\nStrictly observe the doses indicated, especially in young children.
\nMaximum 5 applications per 24 hours. It is advisable to wait at least 3 hours between two applications.
