Indication

Valdispert Bedtime is a herbal medicine indicated for difficulty falling asleep.

Use

The recommended dose for adults and children over 12 years of age is:

For the relief of mild nervousness: 1 tablet, 3 times a day.
For difficulty falling asleep: 1 tablet half an hour to one hour before bedtime, if necessary with 1 additional tablet earlier in the evening.

Maximum daily dose: 4 tablets. The tablets should be swallowed whole, with water. Do not chew the tablets.

Use
Adults and children > 12 years old

Mild nervousness: 1 tablet 3x/day
Difficulty falling asleep: 1 tablet 1/2 hour before bedtime, if necessary with 1 additional tablet earlier in the evening

Effectiveness develops gradually: take without interruption for 2 to 4 weeks, in order to obtain the maximum effect

Composition
The active substance is the dry extract of Valeriana officinalis root.

Each coated tablet contains 450 mg of extract (as dry extract) of Valeriana officinalis L s.l., root (equivalent to 1350 mg – 2700 mg of valerian root). Solvent used for extraction: 70% ethanol.

The other components are:
Tablet core: liquid glucose (spray dried), colloidal anhydrous silica, powdered cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid and talc. Tablet coating: sucrose, talc, calcium carbonate (E 170), acacia, tragacanth, titanium dioxide (E 171), liquid glucose (spray dried), Capol 600 T.S. (containing white beeswax, carnauba wax and shellac).
