Use

Dissolve 1 tablet in a large glass of water (200 ml) and take it preferably in the morning.

Please do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children. Store in a dark, cool and dry place.
