(1) Plant sterols are proven to reduce blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor for the development of coronary heart disease. Arterin Cholesterol Comp 150 is a food supplement available in pharmacies. It cannot replace a healthy lifestyle and a varied and balanced diet. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose stated on the package. Consult your pharmacist. Keep out of reach of children.

Use
1 to 2 tablets per day, preferably during the evening meal.

Precautions

Food supplements cannot be used as a replacement for a varied and balanced diet, nor for a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Arterin® Cholesterol is not intended for people who do not need to control their cholesterol. Ingestion of more than 3 g of added plant sterols per day should be avoided. (1 tablet contains 120 mg of plant sterols – 2 tablets contain 240 mg of plant sterols). Consult your doctor if you use lipid-lowering medications. Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. This product is only suitable for adults. Arterin® Cholesterol should be used as part of a balanced and varied diet with regular consumption of fruits and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels.

Ingredients per tablet:

Bergamot extract (Citrus x limon (L.) Osbeck) – 200 mg
Artichoke extract (Cynara scolymus L.) – 80 mg
Plant sterols – 120 mg
Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) – 20 mg (25% R.A.)

Excipients: Bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), Anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silica dioxide), Coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate, polyethylene glycol), Color (iron oxides).
