Use

Wash your hands.
1. Blow your nose.
2. Remove the protective cap.
3. Before using for the first time, press firmly on the tip a few times until you get the solution.
4. Spray in each nostril, with your head upright, breathe slowly through your nose.
5. Let the solution act for a few minutes before blowing your nose.
6. Clean the mouthpiece after each use and replace the protective cap.

Precautions for use
