300 mg of pollen, a substance that helps reduce hot flashes and provides comfort and well-being during menopause. Pollen also helps to promote the body’s vitality and resistance;
100% of the AR* in vitamin D which helps to reduce the loss of bone mineral density in postmenopausal women, thus reducing the risk of skeletal fragility;
100% of AR* in zinc and vitamins B2, B3, B8 which contribute to the maintenance of normal skin, zinc and vitamin B8 also contribute to the maintenance of normal hair;
100% of the AR* in vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B8 which participate in energy metabolism;
100% of the AR* in vitamins B2, B5, B6, B9, B12, C and zinc which help reduce fatigue to stay in top shape;
