The Accu-Chek Softclix lancets are individual lancets that are used with the Accu-Chek Softclix spike.

Remove the cap from the cocktail stick.

Insert a new lancet into the lancet holder up to the stop. You should hear a ‘click’ when inserting a lancet. Remove the protective cap from the lancet.

Put the cap back on the skewer. The groove in the cap and the line for displaying the set lancing depth on the lancing device must be aligned. You should hear a ‘click’ when placing the cap. Turn the cap until the desired penetration depth is set.

Tighten the spike. The shutter release button is now colored yellow.

Place the lancing device against your finger and press the yellow shutter release button.

Eject the lancet. Remove the front cap from the skewer. Sliding the ejector mechanism forward will release the used lancet.
