How to use
Before going to bed, insert the earplug into your ear canal. Gently pull the outer ear upwards and, with your other hand, place the earplug in your ear until it is snug. Removal is particularly easy thanks to the flexible removal tab. Do not insert the earplug too deeply into the ear. Incorrect fitting, improper use, or failure to follow the instructions for use reduces the effectiveness of noise reduction, increases the risk of hearing damage, and shortens the lifespan of reusable earplugs.
The lifespan of earplugs depends on the frequency of use. Regular cleaning of earplugs helps maintain them in optimal working condition and extends their lifespan. Earplugs can also be cleaned with warm water and soap.
