Take 1 ampoule in the morning, preferably at breakfast, diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml). It is possible to renew the use several times a year, especially at changes of season.

Shake the ampoule before opening. Given the natural character of the product, a slight deposit may appear but in no way affects its quality.

Tap each end of the bulb with your index finger to weaken them. Using a paper towel, break the 1st end out of the glass to prevent falling debris.

Turn the bulb over and place the 1st end on top of the glass. Break the 2nd end, out of the glass, with a paper towel. Let the liquid run out. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
