This medication is an analgesic (it calms the pain) and an antipyretic (it lowers the fever).

It is reserved for adults and adolescents over 11 years old.

Therapeutic indications

DAFALGAN 500mg is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of pain and fever.

Use
Adults and children> 11 years old
1 to max. 2 tablets per dose
Min. 4 h. between 2 takes
Max dose
8 tablets per day for max. 4 weeks
6 tablets per day> 4 weeks

Composition
What DAFALGAN 500 mg contains

The active substance is paracetamol. Each tablet contains 500 mg of paracetamol.

The other ingredients are:

For tablets:
Hypromellose, povidone, croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose, glyceryl behenate, magnesia stearate.

For effervescent tablets:

Anhydrous citric acid, anhydrous sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sorbitol (E420), sodium saccharin, sodium docusate, povidone, sodium benzoate.
