Usage
Tips for using your Fortimel® Energy Multi Fibre correctly
• Always shake the bottle before consumption.

• Best enjoyed chilled. You can also reheat it, but never boil it.

• Divide it into several servings if necessary. Refrigerate for a maximum of 24 hours after opening.

• You can also incorporate Fortimel® Energy Multi Fibre into your favorite recipes to make them more nutritious (suitable for all tastes).

Dosage:
• 1 to 3 bottles per day as a supplement to your diet for a minimum of 12 weeks or as directed by your doctor.

• 5 to 7 bottles per day as a replacement for your normal diet for a minimum of 12 weeks or as directed by your doctor.
