Rosehip is an essential classic for the skin and the whole organism. This precious oil, rich in omega 3, has a beautiful orange color thanks to the vitamins it contains. It promotes skin regeneration and “lifts” the skin.
The “musk” rose is a flower with prodigious virtues which grows in the wild, but it should not be confused with the roses which give essential oil. Because it is the seed of this rosebush close to the hawthorn that gives the precious vegetable oil active on the signs of time and healing.

Tips & Tricks: Stress: A diet rich in omega 3 essential fatty acids would significantly increase the production of energy and good mood neurotransmitters in the brain. At the emotional level, studies tend to show that the symptoms of depression can be alleviated thanks to an additional intake of omega 3. Add to your seasonings 1 teaspoon of rosehip oil per guest. Also think of rosehip capsules to take as a cure.
Advice: Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) per day.
Cosmetic use: Suitable for all skin types. Protects against ageing. Use as a moisturizing and nourishing day or night cream (apply 15 minutes before makeup or bedtime).
