KAMILLOSAN Solution is a herbal medicine which is used:
– in local use as an emollient (to soften and relax) and / or antiseptic in case
inflammation of the throat;
– in local use as an adjunct, softening, antipruritic treatment (against
itching) and anti-inflammatory dermatological conditions;
– for internal use in the treatment of unpleasant sensations of digestive disorders after
any severe illness has been ruled out.
You should contact your doctor if you do not feel any improvement or if you
feel less well.
How to use KAMILLOSAN Solution?
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as
instructions from your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist in case
doubt.
KAMILLOSAN Solution is to be used IN DILUTED FORM in the following cases:
– for internal use:
as a tea for the treatment of stomach or intestinal problems: dilute solution of
KAMILLOSAN Solution: 2 to 3 ml in a cup of lukewarm water 3 or 4 times a day. Do not use
for internal use below the age of 12
– for external use:
irrigations, dressings to be impregnated and partial baths: 15 ml (1 tablespoon) for 1 liter of water
full baths: 2 x 15 ml (2 tablespoons) or more as needed.
Duration of treatment: about ten minutes.
mouth diseases: mouthwashes; gargles: 2 to 3 ml as usual dose with a
maximum of 5 ml in ½ cup of lukewarm water. Gargle for 1 to 2 minutes.
KAMILLOSAN Solution is to be used PUR:
– for external use:
for painting in cases of acute inflammation of the mouth.

What KAMILLOSAN Solution contains
– The active substance is an ethanolic extract (1: 4.0-4.5) of chamomile flowers: small flowers
of ligulate chamomile (4.7: 1) (Matricaria recutita L.) 98.91 g (Extraction solvent: Ethanol 96%
(v / v) 40.08 g – Sodium acetate trihydrate 1.36 g – Sodium ascorbate 0.45 g – Hydroxide
of sodium 0.41 g – Purified water 57.69 g) – Chamomile oil (Matricaria recutita L.) 0.19 g.
– The other ingredients are: Macrogolglycerol hydroxystearate – sodium acetate (E262),
water, ethanol, sodium ascorbate (E301) and sodium hydroxide (extraction solvents).
