Swallow two Kijimea® Irritable Bowel capsules once daily with a meal, without chewing them, with sufficient liquid (eg a glass of water). For best results, Kijimea Irritable Bowel capsules should be taken for a minimum of four weeks, at most twelve weeks. An initial improvement in symptoms should occur about a week after starting a regular dose.
