Use
Adults
2 nebulizations per nostril, twice a day
For severe symptoms, up to 3-4 times a day

Children from 3 to 12 years old
1 nebulization per nostril, twice a day

Shake the bottle before each use (suspension)
Blow your nose before using the spray and inhale well through your nose during nebulizations
