Directions for use
1) Open the single-dose vial by twisting the plastic cap. 2) Tilt your head back slightly. 3) Insert the tip of the vial into one nostril. Gently squeeze the vial to dispense the required dose. 4) Repeat the procedure in the other nostril. Repeat the nasal irrigation 2 to 3 times a day.
