1 tablet a day to replenish your energy:
– 57 mg of ginseng extract titrated in ginsenosides, an energy booster, which helps maintain optimal resistance;
– 150% of AR * in vitamin C to fight against fatigue;
– 2 amino acids: 250 mg of L-carnitine and 200 mg of L-taurine;
1 night tablet to enjoy a restful sleep:
– 100% of the AR * in vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9 and B12 to fight exhaustion;
– 40% of AR * in magnesium for a good functioning of the nervous system, conducive to relaxation and rest.

Usage tips

1 day tablet in the morning and 1 tablet at bedtime, for a minimum of 15 days. To renew if necessary.

Precautions for use:

Not recommended for high blood pressure, pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 12 years old. Monitoring necessary in case of concomitant use of treatment for diabetes.
