Use
One spray in each nostril while holding your head upright, 6 times a day maximum.

1. Shake the bottle before use.
2. Hold the bottle tilted, push down firmly on the spray head for at least one second, repeat until the first spray.
3. Hold the vial with your head upright and spray into each nostril.
4. Blow your nose.
5. Rinse sprayer with hot water and wipe dry properly after each use.
6. Use up to 6 times per day.
