The recommended minimum dose is 3 mg emodepside/kg body weight and 12 mg praziquantel/kg body weight, which corresponds to 0.14 ml Profender/kg body weight.
Cat’s Weight (kg) Pipette Size to Use Volume (ml) Emodepside (mg/kg BW) Praziquantel (mg/kg BW) ≥0.5 – 2.5 Profender for small cats 0.35 (1 pipette) 3 – 15 12 – 60

For the treatment of roundworms and tapeworms, a single application per treatment is sufficient.
For the treatment of queens to prevent galactogenic transmission of Toxocara cati (L3 larvae) to kittens, a single application per treatment approximately seven days before the expected delivery is effective.
Two applications, spaced two weeks apart, are effective in treating the lungworm Aelurostrongylus abstrusus.
How to use
For external use only.
Remove one pipette from the package and hold it vertically. Remove the cap by twisting and pulling it off. Turn the cap upside down to break the seal on the pipette.
Part the cat’s fur at the top of the neck, near the base of the skull, so that the skin is visible. Place the tip of the pipette on the skin and squeeze firmly several times to empty the contents directly onto the skin. Applying the solution near the base of the skull reduces the chance of the cat licking it off.
