Use

Adults and children (> 7 years old).
Bring the inhaler to the entrance of the nostril, plug the other nostril and inhale deeply the aromas of essential oils by taking 3 deep breaths. Repeat with the other nostril in the same way. Do not exceed 5 doses per day.
