Sediplus Relax Direct contains various plant ingredients that help reduce nervousness, transient stress and tension. These ingredients also help you facilitate relaxation and get better sleep.

1) Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha auct. Or Crataegus laevigata DC.)

2) Black or foul horehound (Ballota nigra L.)

3) Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.)

The liquid form of Sediplus Relax Direct has the advantage of being more rapidly absorbed compared to a solid form, which makes its action faster.

Use

Drops should be diluted in 100 ml of water or in 100 ml of sweet drink. Orange juice is particularly suitable for taking Sediplus Relax Direct. Sediplus Relax Direct should preferably be taken before the two main meals and just before bedtime.

In adults:

15 to 30 drops, 3 times a day

In children:

– not intended for children under 10 years old

– From 10 years old :

15-20 kg -> 6 drops

20-25 kg -> 8 drops

25-30 kg -> 10 drops

30-35 kg -> 12 drops

35-40 kg -> 14 drops

– from 12 years old: 15 drops, up to 3 times a day

Composition

1) Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha auct. Or Crataegus laevigata DC.): Belongs to the Rosaceae family. Hawthorn extract has soothing properties and is used to find better sleep and facilitate relaxation.

2) Black or foul horehound (Ballota nigra L.): belongs to the Lamiaceae family. Black horehound extract promotes soothing in adults and children, which can improve the quality of sleep, among other things.

3) Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.): belongs to the Passifloraceae group. Passionflower extract promotes rest and sleep. It also contributes to relaxation and appeasement.
