Use
Adults and children 12 years and over:

Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and no more than 3 times a day or as recommended by your dentist or doctor. Take care to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Avoid swallowing toothpaste. Spit after brushing.

Children under 12:
Consult a dentist or doctor.
