Somex® Intima is an alcohol-free emulsion that allows optimal hygiene of the anal and vaginal regions. Somex® Intima soothes and brings comfort to weakened mucous membranes. This care emulsion respects and restores the natural layer of fatty acid (pH 5.5). Somex® Intima prevents irritation. Irritations cause itching which induces scratching. The scratching aggravates the irritation which results in more itching, therefore more scratching etc. Thus a vicious circle sets in which leads to a chronic unpleasant condition. Somex® Intima softens the skin of the most intimate parts of the body. Somex® Intima re-softens the skin. Somex® Intima does not stain and is not greasy. The use of Somex® Intima is recommended during menstruation, pregnancy, periods of sexual activity, on hemorrhoids and after each toilet.

Use
Daily hygiene: Somex® Intima replaces ordinary soap. Care: Apply Somex® Intima to irritated areas. The application will be done either using a washcloth, a soft sponge or the palm of the hand. Use after showering, toilet visit and intimate contact.
