Description
PHYSIOMANCE PREGNANCY FER has been formulated to meet the nutritional needs of pregnant women. Its intake is recommended throughout pregnancy.

PHYSIOMANCE PREGNANCY IRON provides for 1 capsule:

585 mg of fish oil containing EPA* and DHA**. DHA** contributes to normal brain development1;
400 µg of vitamin B9 (i.e. 200% of AR***), which contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy;
100% of the AR*** in zinc which contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and to the normal synthesis of cellular DNA;
100% of AR*** in natural vitamin D3, which allows the normal functioning of the immune system and contributes to cell division;
100% of AR*** in iron and vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12 and C which help reduce fatigue and normal energy metabolism to stay in top shape;
100% AR*** in iodine and 91% AR*** in selenium, which promote normal thyroid function;
100% of AR*** in chromium, in vitamins B1 and E, complete the formula.

1. The beneficial effect of EPA* and DHA** is obtained by the daily consumption of 250 mg of EPA* and DHA**.

Usage tips
1 capsule per day during one of the 3 main meals of your choice, for a minimum of 1 month. To renew if necessary.
