Usage

Thanks to its high dosage, 1 capsule of Promagnor® per day is sufficient, even if you have higher magnesium needs.

Swallow the capsule with a little water (not milk), preferably before meals.

If you are being treated with tetracycline (a type of antibiotic), take Promagnor® capsules at least 2 hours before or after the tetracycline.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
